Fast and Free Shipping on All Orders

Orders placed before noon on weekdays will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. We have 5 warehouses across the U.S. to insure your orders are delivered quickly.

Next Level Foodservice Equipment offers free shipping on everything we sell. This free shipping applies to regular LTL freight shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Additional charges will apply if you require a lift gate or shipping to a non-commercial address. The delivering freight company WILL NOT bring the item(s) inside. They will leave the item(s) as close to your premises as possible. It is your responsibility to remove the item from the pallet, unpack it and bring it inside.

Freight Shipment Procedures:

You have the option to refuse delivery of any items with damage. If you decide to accept an item with damage MAKE SURE YOU NOTE THE DAMAGE ON THE FREIGHT BILL BEFORE YOU SIGN IT.

Unpack your order immediately and inspect for visible and concealed damage.

Don't let anyone rush you! Check the products as they are being delivered to you. It is important to check them while the truck driver is still there. The driver may try to rush you into signing the freight bill so he can leave. DO NOT SIGN until you have thoroughly checked all of your items. NOTE ANY DAMAGE ON THE FREIGHT BILL BEFORE YOU SIGN. The driver is responsible for waiting until the shipment has been thoroughly inspected and signed for.

We have noticed that the more urgent the driver seems to get the form signed and to move on to his next delivery, the more likely it is that the products are damaged. Inspect the products and note any potential damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading.

Remember: once the driver leaves, you become responsible for reporting any damages to the freight company and Next Level Foodservice Equipment cannot be held liable for those damages.

Verify the number of packages delivered with the packing slip provided by Next Level Foodservice Equipment.

Should any damage be discovered, keep the shipping carton and any inner packaging intact. Verbally request an inspection immediately from the carrier and make a written request to the carrier. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported and an inspection must be requested within 3 business days.
